- Living with fibromyalgia since 2020 has changed my lifestyle. I can no longer drive or do everything I used to, so I appreciate patience and understanding. I was very fit, active and healthy in 2020. I was 120 pounds, trail running and cooking healthy. Now I am 175 pounds and have severe fatigue, pain and brain fog. I recently started acupuncture. The doctor thinks he can get me 60% better in 12 weeks. Fingers crossed.
- All of my children are grown, but family remains an important part of my life. Your's will be too.
- I share my home with my 33-year-old daughter, and her four snakes! 🐍
- Heritage matters to me. I take pride in where I come from.
- As noted below, I have HSV2. I manage my health with care and responsibility. I take Valtrex daily, and it’s well-managed. Statistically, someone is less likely to get it from me than from someone who thinks they don't have it.
- The last concert I went to was Skinny Puppy's final tour, Calgary, November 2023
